We are proud to share that on 29th April, our Chairman was awarded the prestigious Certificate of Scrolls by the Mayor of Barnet, recognising his outstanding contributions to social welfare and community service.
This honour reflects decades of dedicated involvement—not only within the Burnt Oak Nepalese Community (BONC), but also in wider social initiatives and community development efforts.
As one of the founding members, our Chairman has been actively engaged with BONC since its inception, playing a key role in shaping its vision and delivering programmes that bring people together.
From organising cultural events and health awareness sessions to supporting families and individuals in need, his leadership has left a lasting impact on the lives of many. This award is a proud moment for us all and a reflection of the values that drive our community forward.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations and gratitude for his continued service and inspiration.
We also encourage you to watch the video on our YouTube channel, where the Deputy Lieutenant Martin H.C Russell shares heartfelt words about our Chairman’s dedication and impact. It’s a wonderful reminder of the positive change community leadership can bring.
