The Burnt Oak Nepalese Community (BONC) is incorporated as a Private Company Limited by Guarantee without share capital, with exemption from using the word “Limited” in its name under the Companies Act 2006. BONC exists not to distribute profits but to advance community, cultural, social, and educational objectives for the benefit of the Nepalese community and the wider public in Burnt Oak and beyond. Its members act as guarantors rather than shareholders, and all income and assets are reinvested to further the organisation’s aims, ensuring accountability, inclusivity, and sustainability.
